Dual‑wire Independent Processing for Mixed Long‑short Wires
Each wire undergoes separate stripping, twisting and tin‑dipping. Two wire lengths can be individually configured, enabling simultaneous production of long‑and‑short wires for various thermostat harness specifications.
Dual Independent Vibratory Feeding System
Separate vibratory feeders for protectors and housings ensure consistent component orientation, greatly reducing jamming and unexpected downtime for stable continuous feeding.
Inverter Welding: Firm Joints & Lower Consumables
Adopts inverter welding module to form smooth, solid solder joints. It consumes less tin compared with conventional welding, with multi‑check against cold solder joints.
High Output & Minimal Labor Input
Stable capacity of 1200 pcs/hour under standard conditions. One operator can monitor 3‑5 machines simultaneously, significantly cutting labor costs for mass‑production scenarios.
High‑precision Inspection & Customizable Fixtures
Accurate housing insertion without shell damage; laser marking enables full‑product traceability. Large‑capacity 40‑position fixtures support custom modification. Multiple sensors monitor wire status, housing feeding and insertion completeness for far better quality consistency than manual work.
