Shop Floor — Six Production Zones
The workshop is divided into six colour-coded zones, one per process. Each zone is kept to 5S standards, and every machine is assembled, run-in tested and packed in its own area before shipment.

Zone 01 — Automated Harness Processing Lines
Fully automatic harness-processing machines — double-end crimping, housing insertion and multi-module lines — are assembled row by row in the Terminal Crimping Zone.

Zone 02 — Stripping & Cutting Assembly
Stripping and cutting machines are assembled on multi-station benches in the Wire Stripping Zone. Each unit is wired and verified against the circuit drawings before it moves to the function-test bench.

In-House Tooling & Machining
Crimping dies and precision parts are machined in-house on CNC vertical machining centres — tooling is matched to each machine, with no third-party outsourcing for standard work.

How a Machine Is Built, Tested & Packed
Every component is checked against spec on arrival, then each machine moves through the same three gates below — photographed on our shop floor. You can watch your own machine at any stage.
Assembly & wiring
Machines are assembled station by station by skilled technicians; wiring is verified against the circuit drawings.
Function test
Every machine is run with sample wire and terminals before packing — crimp force, strip length and cycle time are checked.
Export packing
Finished machines are film-wrapped and protected for sea, air or express shipping — with QC photos sent before packing.

What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
What is the typical lead time?
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
What certifications do you have?
Our factory holds CE certification and ISO9001 quality management, and orders can be protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Certificates are available on request.
Do you offer free samples or trials?
Yes. Send your wire and terminals and we will arrange a free crimp test or trial — you verify quality before committing.
Can you supply 110V machines?
Yes — 110V / 220V / 380V configurations are available. Confirm your voltage at inquiry and we will quote accordingly.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide by sea, air or express with export-grade packing. Shipping cost and time depend on destination and machine size.
Can I visit the factory or check my machine during production?
We welcome factory tours and video calls with our production team. QC photos and videos of your machine are sent before packing, and you can join a live video call during assembly.
What QC documents do you provide?
CE certificates (MD / LVD / EMC) and test reports are available on request together with per-machine test records — ask via the contact form or RFQ.
