The Wire That Connects Everything
Every wire harness maker knows that moment: the machine crimps a terminal, and you hold your breath until the pull test passes. A bad crimp is never just scrap — in a car, an aircraft, or a hospital monitor, it can mean a recall, or worse. That is what wire processing is really about, and it is the standard Turingnex was built around.
Hong Shucheng spent 20 years in wire processing equipment before founding Turingnex in 2008 in Dongguan, Guangdong — the city that quietly builds a large share of the world's wire harnesses. He did not start with a business plan. He started with one belief: every wire has to work — and ours will. From that belief, Turingnex was built wire by wire.
Eighteen years later, that belief has grown into a 20,000 m² factory, a team of 110 people with 16 R&D engineers and 12 after-sales engineers, and more than 10,000 machines installed across 50+ export countries. The principles have never changed: machines are designed and built in-house, never rebranded imports; every machine is 100% run-in tested before shipment; and every crimping die is made to each customer's exact terminal drawing — not "close enough", but exactly to spec.
We still answer the phone the way we did in 2008 — usually by people who know machines, not a call center. Send us your samples. We will test them, record the video, and show you exactly what your production line can do, before you spend a cent.
