Every machine is covered for 12 months from shipment. Warranty claims handled directly by the factory.

Each machine is assembled, run-in and test-processed in our Dongguan workshop. You receive a test video before shipping.

Engineer-level support by WhatsApp/email, Monday to Saturday. RFQ and service questions answered within 24 hours.

Genuine spare parts, dies, blades and feeding parts shipped worldwide. Keep your line running without long downtime.

English operation manual included with every machine, plus video guidance and operator training on request.
