Frequently Asked Questions

Lead time, payment, MOQ, warranty, shipping and machine questions — answered by our sales team's standard terms.

MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
Our factory holds CE certification and ISO9001 quality management, and orders can be protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Certificates are available on request.

Conventional spiral or diagonal taping leaves a triangular gap where the tape ends meet. TR-850D uses a vertical flat-taping mechanism: the tape feeds perpendicular to the wire axis, so both tape borders finish flush with no gap and no tilt. Servo-driven tension and positioning hold the end position to within ±1mm, and the machine covers 3-15mm wire diameter.
Standard tape heads cannot manage backing paper. TR-850C and TR-850D can be fitted with a synchronous automatic liner-paper peeler and rewinder: dynamic tension feedback adjusts rewinding torque as the paper roll diameter changes, so the liner does not snap or jam, and a dedicated waste spool collects the peeled paper without stopping the line.
TR-950C-1800 is built for heavy EV busbars (workpiece 200-1800mm, busbar section up to W25 x H3mm). Dual servo slide guides travel the full 1.8m in both directions, and one operator loads the bar while pneumatic clamping, multi-point positioning and spotting run automatically. Spot-wrap runs at 80mm per revolution.
Yes. TR-820C strips two wires at once through dual conduits and split blades, reaching 8,000-15,000 pcs/hour; TR-840C processes four wires in parallel. Both are the same footprint as a single-wire machine, so one operator and one machine replace several workstations.
Yes. TR-835F, TR-850F, TR-870F and TR-895F are pure-electric: they run from single-phase 220V with no pneumatic supply at all, so there is no compressor noise, no oil mist and no air-line drag on the workstation. An 8-roller drive grips thick silicone and XLPE insulation without slipping.
The TR-810N / TR-820N / TR-810NP / TR-810NJ sheath series uses a one-touch motorised roller lift: press one button and the feed rollers rise electrically, so the operator can thread the cable in about two seconds. Outer sheath and all inner cores are then stripped in one cycle, and the belt-drive version spreads pressure over a wider area to avoid clamp marks on soft or glossy jackets.
Two features address it: an independent stepper motor retracts the guide conduit backwards by 30mm at the moment of cutting, giving the long waste jacket room to drop clear instead of jamming; and CNC-ground tungsten blades cut to 0.01mm depth then retract 0.05mm before pulling, so the blade never drags against the copper strands.
Yes. The TR-DP / TR-B30S / TR-B30YTS vision cutting series uses an industrial CCD camera to scan the corrugation profile and identify peaks and troughs to ±0.1mm, adapting automatically as tube pitch or stretch varies. It can also slit the tube longitudinally in the same pass.
TR-B30X uses planetary rotary knife slicing. The circular blade orbits the tube while feeding inward, cutting the wall layer by layer with no radial crushing force, and an internal rigid bushing supports the bore so the tube stays round. The result is a perpendicular, burr-free end face that needs no secondary chamfering.
TR-QG01, or the TR-C high-speed flying-knife machine, is designed for this. Electronic cam servo motion cuts 50mm sleeves at high speed and can be linked directly to a continuous extruder. It uses standard off-the-shelf utility razor blades rather than proprietary dies, and a blade change takes about a minute.
Servo closed-loop stroke control holds bottom-dead-centre repeatability to ±0.01mm with no thermal or wear drift. An integrated pressure-curve module monitors the pressure-displacement curve of every single crimp cycle, so if strands are missing or insulation is caught in the barrel the abnormal peak triggers an alarm and locks the machine rather than passing the part.
A shielded cable has an outer sheath, foil, braided shield, inner sheath and core. A V-blade cuts straight through and can nick or tear the braid. The TR-100 / TR-200 / TR-300 / TR-500 / TR-TZ3200 series uses a 360° orbital knife ring with micron-level depth control, and can run up to nine programmed stripping steps - sheath, shield, inner core - in one loading cycle.
A passive rack lets spool inertia pull against the machine. Active pay-off stands use a constant-tension buffer arm with dual limit sensors that reads the host machine's pulling speed and adjusts motor speed to match, and an electronic inertia brake stops the reel within about 0.1s when the downstream machine halts - which keeps wire cross-section and resistance on specification.
TR-D381 (small), TR-D681 (medium) and TR-D1001 (up to 1m coils) set the exact coil count and inner/outer diameters (200-960mm) digitally, so every coil leaves the line the same size. A pneumatic collapsible mandrel releases the finished bundle in about two seconds, and the coiler can be linked in-line with a heavy stripping machine.
For long harnesses a closed tunnel oven is impractical - the cable body tangles on the belt or scorches. TR-1040PH uses a lateral cantilever open structure: the 2-3m harness body hangs outside the chassis on adjustable guide rails and only the terminal head passes through the far-infrared tunnel on the conveyor.
Standard PTFE mesh sags and tracks badly under that load. TR-1670NH and TR-2070NH use stainless-steel roller chains rated for 100kg so the belt neither sags nor drifts, with multi-directional far-infrared radiation for 360° uniform heating of thick-wall dual-wall sleeves, held to around ±2°C by independent upper and lower thermostats.
TR-HM01 (thermal transfer ribbon) has the lower entry cost and prints at 300dpi, waterproof and oil-resistant - a good fit for small batches and flexible part numbers. TR-HM02 (355nm UV cold laser) needs no ribbon or ink at all, marks permanently on white, red, yellow and blue sleeves, can print two tubes at once and imports serial numbers directly from Excel. The laser repays its higher price through consumable savings on high-volume lines.
Decide on output and consistency. TR-FSS-331 (single-head crimp, tinning and single-side seal insertion) and TR-FSS-332 (double-head with both-side seal insertion) run around 2,000 pcs/hour with full servo drives. TR-3000-FSS (double-crimp seal machine) runs 800-900 pcs/hour with cut precision ±0.02mm and strip length 0-10mm in one servo cycle. Where upstream equipment already exists, the semi-automatic is more economical; where automotive waterproof consistency must be delivered at volume, the concentric seating of the automatic line is more repeatable.
Yes. TR-3000-DS feeds loose single-piece terminals from a centrifugal vibratory bowl, so you are not paying for carrier strip and the severed strip no longer becomes metal waste. It covers AWG14-AWG32 with selectable 3T or 4T crimping force at 2,500-3,500 cycles/hour, and an infrared sensor pauses feeding when the bowl is full to avoid jamming.
The four tiers combine tonnage, frame and drive type. The silent series uses an aluminium frame from 1.5T to 12T (15-120KN) - light, quiet and lower cost, suited to appliance and standard electronic harness volume crimping. The cast-iron series (2T-4T / 20-40KN) uses a rigid frame that holds geometry under continuous high-load crimping. The servo series (2T-10T) uses closed-loop servo drive for a stable bottom dead centre and repeatable stroke. The cast-iron servo series combines both, from 2T to 6T.
Tonnage has to match the terminal barrel cross-section and material hardness; the range runs from 1.5T (15KN) to 12T (120KN). If tonnage is insufficient the barrel never fully compresses, giving voids in the cross-section and low pull strength even though the crimp looks acceptable - and the frame, ram and tooling are overloaded, so they wear faster. Sending us the terminal and a stripped wire sample is the reliable way to confirm both tonnage and tooling.
In most cases it is a tooling problem, not a machine problem. Crimp quality depends on the geometry match between the applicator and that specific terminal: a different supplier means different barrel dimensions, material hardness and serration. Tooling cut for the original terminal will under- or over-compress the new one. Send a terminal piece and a stripped wire sample and we will cut tooling matched to it and provide a cross-section so you can verify density before committing.
Hand twisting is slow and inconsistent - pitch and tightness vary between operators, which shows up later in crimping or soldering. The PX-019 series clamps the wire pneumatically and twists with a motor, so the result repeats. Standard models cover 5-80mm twist length and 0.1-2mm²; extended-length and higher-torque variants reach 5-200mm and 0.1-6mm².
For deeply customised machines the configuration varies so widely that a date cannot be responsibly quoted before the inputs are known. The machine has to match housing type and feeding method, cut length, wire range and crimp stroke. Once we have the housing sample, the wire sample and your target quantity, we release a firm lead time - so that wording is a professional signal, not a way of avoiding the question.
The complete machine carries a one-year warranty; wearing parts are excluded. Spare parts are supplied at cost and the buyer covers the freight.
FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP are all available. We ship from Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Humen port, and we quote freight promptly - either through our freight forwarder or as an express cost, whichever suits the shipment.
Yes. Video training is provided free of charge for overseas customers, and you can reach us around the clock for support during commissioning.
