Cut, Strip, Crimp and Solder Machines
This machine runs the full sequence without interruption: measure and cut, strip, crimp, then solder. Four operations in one cycle means the wire is handled once, which is the difference between a stable process and one that depends on how carefully each operator transfers a part. It is specified for high-mix harness assembly where several variants run on the same line, and the changeover between them is what makes or breaks the investment — cut length, strip length, terminal and solder parameters are all stored as a job. Confirm that your terminals are available banded or on reel, because the crimp stage feeds automatically, and send a sample wire for a run-through.
Built and Tested in Our Workshop
Every machine is assembled in our Dongguan workshop and run in before shipment. QC sequence: Raw material check → Machining → Assembly → 100% run-in test → Shipment video. A test video on your own material is available on request.
