Features & Details
- The equipment is stable and reliable continuous production, generous and beauti-ful modelling,easy to operate and debug;
- The quality of finished products can reach the sample requirements;
- The production beat of the equipment: take the resistor riveted and pressed atboth ends to connect the wires, and hit the terminals at both ends, the wire length is80-300mm,for example, it is about 850-1000 strips per hour/hour;
- All parts are blackened, chrome-plated and anodised. The frame and sheet metalare made of cold rolled plate with baking paint and stainless steel 304, and the me-chanical parts are equipped with safety guards;
- Adopting human-machine interface and PC controller, with alarm function for wireshortage,rewinding and other abnormal stoppage.

MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
Our factory holds CE certification and ISO9001 quality management, and orders can be protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Certificates are available on request.
